Hanoi would see rain and strong wind this afternoon, February 8.

Tomorrow, cold weather would affect some localities in the northern and northern central region of Vietnam.

Thunderstorms and hail have been predicted to affect some north-western and north-eastern localities.

The temperature in the northern and northern central regions would be 10-16 degrees centigrade on February 9.
