Vinhomes Centre Park
The municipal authorities have granted a license to Empire City Joint Venture to build a surveillance tower complex, with total investment of VND26trn.
The project covers an area of 14.5 ha on the Sai Gon River and Mai Chi Tho Road. The complex encompasses a five-star hotel, service areas and trade centre.
Construction of the project is expected to start in the fourth quarter of this year and is scheduled for completion by 2020.
It will outsoar the 72-storey Keangnam Landmark Tower in Hanoi.
At the end of last year, work began on Vingroup's 81-storey Vinhomes Centre Park.
