Over the last few days, major streets leading to the city centre like Nguyen Trai, Tay Son, Nguyen Chi Thanh and Giai Phong were completely packed during rush hours. Many people drove on the pavements and made the congestion worse.
Since the social distancing was lifted on June 26, many streets have been facing jammed even at midnight.
