All of the patients said they had eaten chicken rice at the Q.N. restaurant in Cam Ranh Ward before falling ill.
Health officials said the patients were in stable condition and some had already been discharged from hospital.
Authorities have collected food samples from the restaurant for laboratory testing and ordered the business to suspend operations while investigators determine the cause of the suspected food poisoning.
