The Central Inspection Committee has given a warning on Deputy Minister of Health Cao Minh Quang and the Chairman of Dak Lak province Lu Ngoc Cu.

Quang was also criticized for making arbitrary and unconstructive assessment of his inferiors, breaking the working rules of the Health Ministry in sending petition to the Prime Minister.
Quang also made false statement of his doctoral degree.
Quang’s mistakes are violation to the criteria of members of the Communist Party and Quang has to serve a warning from the Central Inspection Committee.
The committee has also decided to give a warning to Lu Ngoc Cu, Chairman of Dak Lak province for his violation of economic management principles, causing economic losses and bad impacts to the leadership of the Party.
