The incident happened at around 7 am on November 22. The man was at My Hiep Son Commune in Hon Dat District. He unexpectedly collided with a drone operated by a 29-year-old local resident. The drone was being used to spray pesticides nearby.
The device struck the man’s head and neck, causing him injuries. Due to the critical condition, he died on the following day.
Local authorities are now under investigation.
