An overview of the Ocean View Nha Trang project
In a recently sent document to Dantri/Dtinews, the Nha Trang City People's Committee said they had removed the illegally added floors and other structures from 12 villas in the Ocean View Nha Trang project. Meanwhile, the investors are doing the removal work on three others themselves.

The investors are doing the removal work on three villas.
The dismantling work is estimated to cost tens of billions of VND, and Nha Trang authorities would collect it from the project's investors.
According to the committee, the Ocean View Nha Trang construction project was licensed to the Thien Nhan II Trade and Service Company in 2009. The approved design plan includes 69 villas with no more than three floors and a building density of 40-60 percent.
However, 15 villas were built outside the plan, some with up to eight floors and a 100 percent density.

In 2021, Nha Trang authorities requested investors to dismantle the illegal structures, but the owners have dismantled only three.
Local authorities had to send a team to remove the illegal construction in 2023.
