Traffic police in Hanoi have used trucks to help carry people and their vehicles through flooded sections on Thang Long Avenue.
Over the recent days, some sections on Thang Long Avenue have been severely flooded.
The 300-metre section running through Quoc Oai District have been up to nearly one metre under water. So, the city’s police have arranged staff to be on-duty to help people. Trucks are used to carry vehicles across flooded areas.
