Essentially a blog by Brandon Stanton, an American photographer, it captures intimate moments of individuals in public places. The photos are often accompanied by short interviews of the subjects.
Recently, Stanton came to Vietnam and has been adding the portraits he takes here to his blog. One particular set of pictures gained a lot of attention. The first is a portrait of a happy middle-aged couple arm-in-arm. The husband shared stories about the trials and tribulations they encountered while he was a student in the US.

The second picture of the couple appears next to a story the man told of her first day going to college. The intimacy and sensitivity of these portraits has won many people over, both in and out of Vietnam. "We need to have stories like these to balance out the insanity, cruelty and pain of this world," said one Facebook user.
"I will be home tomorrow for a long visit. My father and I haven't got along well in recent years and I was mad at him. But after reading this, I have decided to let it go... It's not important anymore. I will go home and give him a big hug, and tell him that I love him," said another reader.
Below are some more of Stanton's Vietnamese photos
