Under a directive issued on Monday, operators must inspect facilities, reinforce vulnerable structures and prepare emergency personnel, equipment and supplies to ensure visitor safety.

Tourist sites in low-lying, riverside, coastal and hillside areas have also been told to prepare evacuation plans ahead of storms, tropical depressions, heavy rain, flooding or landslides.
The city also ordered beaches to close and tourist boats to remain in port during strong winds, heavy rain or flooding.
The measures come as the Southern Regional Hydro-Meteorological Centre forecasts prolonged thunderstorms across southern Vietnam through mid-July, with heavy downpours, lightning and strong winds expected.
The directive follows a series of weather-related accidents, including a tourist boat capsizing off Phu Quoc earlier this month that killed 15 Indian tourists. Twenty-one people were rescued.
