The Nguyen Van Tri flower street, running alongside the river near Hoa An Bridge in Bien Hoa City, is scheduled to open at 7 pm on February 13, the 26th day of the 12th lunar month, and remain open until 10 pm on February 22, the sixth day of the Lunar New Year 2026.
The flower street stretches more than 600 metres, from the Hoang Minh Chau-Nguyen Van Tri junction to the new Hoa An Bridge.

It will feature four main decorative zones with four central installations and 13 smaller scenes. These include a Lunar New Year 2026 zone, a children’s area, a cultural heritage zone and a joyful Tet space, alongside floral arrangements symbolising prosperity and good fortune.
In addition to sightseeing, visitors will be able to take part in cultural, artistic and sporting activities, as well as Tet-themed performances and book and newspaper exhibitions.
To ensure public order and traffic safety, local authorities have assigned specific tasks to local agencies, with police responsible for security plans and traffic diversions during the event.
The opening of the Dong Nai riverbank road is expected to boost visitor numbers during the Tet holiday, officials said.
