Provincial leaders affirmed their commitment to tightening maritime safety regulations, especially in Ha Long Bay and other major tourist destinations. Future efforts will focus on thorough vessel inspections, crew competency, emergency preparedness, journey monitoring, and real-time weather alerts to ensure visitor safety and prevent similar tragedies.
