Arena of Valor gaming community in Vietnam has launched "Lighting Up the Highlands" project across the provinces of Dien Bien, Yen Bai, Son La, and Cao Bang. This initiative is part of the 8th anniversary celebrations of Arena of Valor in Vietnam, aimed at improving the living conditions of local residents.
In celebration of Arena of Valor's eighth anniversary, which will take place from October 18 to November 3, players have the opportunity to contribute to the cause by participating in the in-game event "Magical Light", Players accomplish event missions and accumulate light tokens, which are subsequently transformed into meaningful wishes for the inhabitants of these remote regions.
Solar-powered lighting systems will be installed in highland villages, focusing on areas with difficult terrain and dangerous paths that pose a risk to local residents, especially at night. Priority will be given to roads leading to schools, cultural centers, and other public spaces.

The first two villages designated for installation are Hang E village (Pa Vay Su commune) and Tung Qua Lin village (Tung Qua Lin commune). Currently, both villages are confronted with obstacles in rural transportation. The residents' mobility at night is considerably impacted by the absence of a lighting system, which is a result of the rugged mountainous terrain.

Representatives from Vietnam Arena of Valor participated in the inauguration ceremony of the first illuminated roads in Hang E and Tung Qua Lin villages on September 23-24, 2024, following the meticulous execution of field construction and procedures.
