On June 24, Lang Son Provincial Police said they had directed relevant agencies to investigate reports of a woman conducting a livestream exercise session on a railway line.
Following an inquiry, authorities summoned the 47-year-old woman, a resident of Tan Thanh Commune, for questioning.

During the meeting, she admitted the violation as described in the reports and accepted the administrative penalty imposed under Vietnamese law.
Police issued an administrative violation notice for standing on railway tracks at around 4.30 pm on June 22 at Km89+192 on the Hanoi–Dong Dang railway line.

The offence carries a fine of between VND 300,000 and VND 500,000 (approximately USD 12-19).
The Ministry of Public Security has urged residents not to walk, stand, sit or engage in any other activities within railway areas or railway safety corridors.
Authorities reminded the public to strictly comply with railway safety regulations to protect both themselves and the wider community.
