Applicants must be men or women aged between 18 and 40 who can read, write and perform basic calculations. Candidates are also required to have a good understanding of the law, a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to work in Russia for the long term.

The vacancies are for garment workers producing children's fashion and defence-related products. Employment contracts will last between two and three years and may be extended in accordance with regulations.

Workers are expected to earn an average monthly income of at least USD 1,000 on fashion garment production contracts.

Actual earnings will depend on productivity, overtime hours and individual performance. Workers with strong technical skills who take on additional hours may earn significantly more, the provincial employment service centre said.

According to the Ca Mau Employment Service Centre, participants will pay approximately VND 50 million (approximately USD 1,920) in programme fees, excluding accommodation, travel and personal living expenses.

Eligible workers may also receive preferential loans to help cover pre-departure costs before travelling to Russia.
