Vietnam Airlines have temporarily halted flights between Vietnam and China from Feb 1. Passengers are allowed to get a refund and schedule changes free of charge for flights between the two countries.

From February 6, the carrier will suspend flights from Hanoi to Macau and Hong Kong. Meanwhile, the firm has continued maintaining flights between HCM City and Hong Kong.
Vietnam Airlines have sterilised all of its airplanes which return to Vietnam from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and Thailand.
From February 5, for flights which last for less than two and a half hours, passengers will be served with drinks and packed light food.
For flights to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, in case, all drinks which are delivered to passengers are not used will be totally destroyed.
Passengers on flights of below four hours will not be provided with pillows.
Vietnam Airlines will raise the temperature of the passenger cabin to 26 degrees centigrade to restrict the spread of coronavirus. The temperature will be maintained during the whole flight.
Lotus Lounge services will be also facilitated with the more careful sterilisation.
Tourism, aviation and foreign trade will be among sectors to be hardest-hit by coronavirus.
