The People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province has launched a new platform to receive comments and petitions from citizens to resolve and address their concerns through a web portal at: www.thuathienhue.gov.vn.
This portal is specifically designed for all Thua Thien Hue people to have a forum where they can comment and give proposals regarding administrative regulations relating to social, business and manufacturing issues. This is a way to report things such as delays or unlawful behaviour of any civil servants, but complaints or accusation will not be accepted. Additionally, all individuals or organisations can contribute their ideas towards helping to improve the quality of new administrative documents relating to economic and social activities.
Through this portal, users can be made aware of Vietnamese laws, supporting policies for the poor, elderly or disabled people, orphans, etc. It will also allow foreigners to enjoy free legal support.
