The Market Management Department in Vinh Phuc Province has just destroyed 40 iPhone devices.
The devices, valued at VND416 million were found after local authorities conducted a check at the iPhone HD shop in Vinh Yen City.
The shop owner failed to show papers relating to the origins of all the 40 secondhand devices.
Vinh Phuc Chairman fined the shop VND90 million after confiscating the devices.
