The International Exhibition for Smart Office Solutions, Office Equipment and Stationery (VietOffice 2025) opened on Wednesday at the Hanoi International Exhibition Centre (ICE), featuring more than 100 companies from eight countries and territories.

Spanning 4,500 square metres with 150 booths, the event showcases the rapid evolution of Vietnam’s office technology sector and reflects the growing demand for smart, sustainable workspaces.

Co-organised by VINEXAD and the Vietnam Office Machine Association (VOMA), VietOffice 2025 aims to serve as a strategic platform for trade promotion, knowledge sharing and technological integration. Exhibitors include representatives from India, Taiwan (China), China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, the United States and Vietnam.

The exhibition is divided into four main product categories: stationery, office equipment and machinery, smart office solutions, and office accessories and décor. Together, these offerings highlight a shift toward integrated, tech-enabled office environments that prioritise efficiency, sustainability and user experience.

“VietOffice 2025 is not just a trade fair. It’s a launchpad for innovation,” said Nguyen Thu Hong, General Director of VINEXAD. “We welcome all breakthrough solutions that meet the needs of modern workplaces and reflect the evolving digital economy.”

Nguyen Tuan Minh, Chairman of VOMA, noted that the event plays a key role in advancing Vietnam’s national goals for digital transformation and economic modernisation.

“A modern office today is more than just a workspace. It is a smart ecosystem that integrates technology to boost productivity and reduce costs,” Minh said.

He added that VOMA is committed to helping its members adopt cutting-edge technology while supporting eco-friendly and circular economy practices. “Towards a green, smart, and circular economy, we are committed to helping businesses implement advanced technology that serves both economic and social goals.”

Beyond product exhibitions, VietOffice 2025 also features a seminar titled “Digital transformation for entrepreneurship education and career guidance – The key to developing Vietnamese talent.” The session aims to equip businesses and educators with tools to prepare a new generation of tech-oriented professionals.

The exhibition also includes visitor engagement activities such as tote bag customisation and check-in giveaways, with the goal of attracting younger attendees.

For many participants, the event represents a valuable opportunity to explore the Vietnamese market. “This is our first time here, so we want to learn more about Vietnamese customer preferences. Vietnam is a very significant market in Asia,” said Sophia Wang, Sales Manager at Zhuhai Cloudprinting Technology Co. Ltd.

Roger Tian, Director at Best Four Vietnam Manufacturing Co., Ltd in Ha Nam Province, expressed a similar sentiment, calling the event a valuable networking platform for both local and international firms in the office equipment and stationery sectors.

VietOffice 2025 will run through May 23 and is expected to welcome more than 5,600 visitors, including business leaders, international delegates and members of the public.
