| On the 24th of April 2007, the company started construction of the Hoa Phat Cement Plant |
After 3 years in the making and a staff over of 300, Hoa Phat Investment Group has successfully dished out its first tonne of cement on March 18.
The cement plant is located at Thanh Thuy Commune, Thanh Liem District, Ha Nam Province and is equipped with advanced technology from Germany. The plant is designed to reach a capacity of producing 3 million tonnes of cement per year.
The Hoa Phat cement plant is a joint venture between the Hoa Phat Group Joint-Stock company and Asia Commercial Bank with an investment of VND3.2 trillion ($166 million).
With the lastest manufacturing technology, the product of the company has the premium quality to meet customers demands.
The achievement gives momentum for the further development of the corporation.
On the 24th of April, 2007, the company started construction of the Hoa Phat Cement Plant with products including high quality Portland cement PCB 40, PCB 50 for major construction projects.
Hoa Phat Cement Joint-Stock Company was founded on the 25th of September, 2006. The main functions are to manufacture and trade clinker, cement, manufacture and trade additive materials, additional components for the cement industry, trade building materials, machines and manufacturing accessories in the cement industry.
