According to the initial information, at around 2:30 am today, October 4, the owner of the guesthouse and some neighbours suddenly heard screams from the room where the Russian man rented.
The area where the incident occurred
The owner immediately rushed into the room and discovered that the man had been dead with a stab in his neck. Meanwhile, the room was in a mess.
The incident was then reported to the local people.
The victim is Igor Strukovskii, 29, from Russia who had rented the room for two days.
The case is under investigation.
