Restaurant to be removed for encroaching on Nha Trang Bay

The Nha Trang City People's Committee has asked authorities in Vinh Hoa Ward to urgently plan to remove some construction works of the Lu Quan Thien Phuoc Restaurant that were illegally built on the Nha Trang Bay.

According to the committee, they had inspected the restaurant's construction works in Vinh Hoa Ward in August 2021 and found that they had encroached on some 200 square metres of the Nha Trang Bay area. Meanwhile, the restaurant's owner, Nguyen Van Dung, failed to show licenses for these construction works.

The committee had asked Dung to pay VND 15 million in fines for his violations and he was also asked to remove these construction works. Dung had paid the fines but refused to remove the violating works.
