The 11th plenum of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee (CPVCC) opened in Ha Noi on Monday.

During the week-long event, the participants will discuss documents which will be submitted to the 13th National Party Congress, review socio-economic and state budget performance in 2019-2020, and discuss other key issues.
The documents brought to discussion include draft political report, draft report on the 10-year implementation of the 2011 Platform, draft report on implementation of the socio-economic development strategy for 2011-2020, draft socio-economic development strategy for 2021-2030, draft report on five-year implementation of Party building and execution of the Party Statues.
