Construction Minister Tran Hong Minh made the call during a site inspection of the project in Dong Nai Province, where he reviewed progress on key components and met with project investors and contractors.

ACV said more than 76 per cent of the project had been completed, with contractors working round the clock under a three-shift, four-crew schedule.
More than 6,800 workers are deployed at the site, though the project still faces a shortage of nearly 2,000 skilled workers and equipment operators.
ACV said contractors were being urged to increase staffing and prioritise critical works ahead of the peak rainy season.
Several key components are nearing completion, including the tunnel system, while only seven beam segments remain to be installed on the elevated bridge in front of the passenger terminal.
"Delays are not an option. We must race against time," Minh said, urging contractors to maintain progress, quality and safety standards despite adverse weather conditions.
Prime Minister Le Minh Hung recently directed relevant agencies and Dong Nai authorities to resolve remaining technical and legal issues to ensure the airport enters operation by the end of 2026.
The 5,000-hectare Long Thanh International Airport is expected to become Vietnam's largest airport and a major regional aviation hub.
