Kid chained and beaten by his father

On the International Day for Children (1/6), Chau Van Phuc Thien, 13, in the central province of Ninh Thuan was brutally assaulted by his father.

His father, Chau Van Thuan, 39, was usually drunk and beat his children and wife very cruelly.

On June 1, after being drunk, seeing his son, Chau Van Phuc Thien, who was playing with his friends, Thuan pulled the kid into his home to beat him.

Thuan chained the kid to a door and assaulted the boy. He trampled on the kid’s breast. The kid’s shoulder bone was broken.

Neighbors tried to put the man off and reported the case to local police. The boy was brought to the local health station.

The boy had his shoulder blade broken, his arm muscle being swollen and had much swelling on his body.

Previously, the brutal father assaulted his son many times. He even pressed a burning wood stick or cigarette onto the boy’s face. The boy also had his arms broken twice because of his father.

The drunken man also beat his wife many times so that she had to go to hospital.

The boy got panicky so his mother sent him to the house of a neighbor.

Local police are collecting evidence to commence criminal proceeding against the cruel father.
