Intensifying public involvement in anti-corruption

A program to increase people’s involvement in anti-corruption was launched in Hanoi on June 23 by the Government Inspectorate.

A program to increase people’s involvement in anti-corruption was launched in Hanoi on June 23 by the Government Inspectorate.

The procuracy introduced 10 initiatives from Vietnam Innovation Day and the Vietnam Anti-corruption Initiative program.

The initiatives deal with community-based supervision, education on anti-corruption for young people, raising public awareness of anti-corruption, and improving the quality of public services.

Deputy Chief Inspector Tran Duc Luong said: “The government is calling for the practical and constructive contributions of the people, the community, and organizations in order to increase responsibility and transparency in the fight against corruption.”
