Covid-19 patients in HCM City

According to the ministry, hospitals in cities and provinces severely affected by the pandemic need to set up remote clinics for providing consultations and treatment for Covid-19 patients by using the Telehealth system. In urgent cases, doctors can give patients online prescriptions.

Hospitals have been requested to draft a specific plan on the clinics, including staff, medical equipment as well as operation regulations. Only staff that are qualified can be assigned to the work.

Clinics must arrange staff to be on duty around the clock to serve patients.

Applications such as Zalo, Zoom and Messenger are encouraged to be used to connect clinics and patients. Clinic hotlines must be made public.

Hospitals in cities and provinces can ask major hospitals such as Bach Mai and Cho Ray for experience in the operation of such clinics.
