>> Two cold fronts make their ways to Vietnam

Hanoi is feeling bone-chilling temperatures dropping down to seven degrees centigrade, forcing the many to struggle through the winter nights.

At 11pm, Hanoi’s streets are completely deserted. Several labourers are trying to finish their jobs to come back to their family but somewhere in street corners, a number of people are still exposed to freezing cold.
