Under the ministry’s instruction, besides dormitories, the universities and colleges’ other facilities such as gymnasiums, stadiums and halls could also be used as quarantine sites.

The list of 16 schools consists of the Hanoi University of Technology, University of Transport and Communications, National University of Arts Education, National Economics University, Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, Hanoi Open University, University of Industrial Arts, Hanoi University, Hanoi University of Foreign Trade, Hanoi National University of Education, University of Pedagogy of Sports, National University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi Pedagogical University Education Management Academy and National College for Education.
If facing any difficulties during the implementation, institutions can contact the ministry’s Department of Higher Education for support.
The ministry has also urged Hanoi’s neighbouring localities to support the capital of appropriate.
