5.2 hectares of land, previously planned to be part of Yen So Park, will be turned into a residential area in Thinh Liet Ward.

The land, situated near Set River and Yen So Lake in Hoang Mai District, is slated to have a fully functional infrastructure system. A new road, 30 metres wide, is also planned for construction.
Hanoi authorities ordered that investors keep a "green environment" intact, for a harmonious integration with the nearby park.
The Hanoi People's Committee ordered the Department of Planning and Architecture to scrutinise the plan, and then make a formal announcement.
The department has the option of adjusting their plans for Yen So Park to better fit with the revised plans.
Hoang Mai District authorities must also be consulted in carrying out the plan.
