Hanoi will establish five medical facilities for asymptomatic Covid-19 patients and those with mild symptoms.
Under the decision issued by Hanoi People’s Committee Chairman Chu Ngoc Anh, the facilities will receive people aged 18 and 65 who test positive for Covid-19 by the PCR-real time method but display mild or no symptoms.
The facilities, which are not open to pregnant women, foreigners and those with underlying medical conditions, have 7,000 beds.
The first one is building A1 with 2,000 beds in Hoang Mai District. This is a hostel for students.
The second one is apartment building 4A on Ta Quang Buu Street with 1,000 sick beds. Meanwhile, the others are located in resettlement areas in Tay Ho and Hoang Mai districts.
