A kiosk on 18 Dai Linh Street and 81-83 Trieu Khuc Street have been set up. The kiosks cover 10-square metres and offer various kinds of products including rice, vegetables and eggs packed neatly, with the items costing just VND10,000 each.

"Most of the time, there is only one customer at the kiosk choosing and paying. I think it's very safe during this time," said Nguyen Duy Manh.

Nguyen Hoang Kiet, the kiosk manager said, "The idea is to help limit direct contact between people. Customers choose what they want and put money into the box. We want to help people in this difficult time so our priority is not profits."

Paying for the products

The kiosk manager on Trieu Khuc Street said they also had a support policy for customers with difficult backgrounds. If they don’t have enough money, they can still take the food home and make payments after the social distancing period.
