The station covers around 6,000 square metres at Dong Anh District’s Thang Long Industrial Park where many Japanese businesses are located.

The station is equipped with an automated station management software system that allows payment by card with many advanced features. The software also allows accurate management of fuel quantities, providing detailed reporting of transactions to customers.

The state-of-the-art technology will prevent any leakages of fuel and the station will also provide customers with Japanese standard services through trained staff.

Hiroaki Honjo, general director of Idemitsu Q8 Petroleum LLC, said the joint venture would become the leading petrol service trademark in Vietnam.

The Idemitsu Q8 joint venture has planned to launch a network of petrol service stations in Vietnam along National Highway 5 linking Hanoi and Haiphong Port.

Idemitsu Kosan has been present in Vietnam since the 1990s and also has stakes in the Nghi Son oil refinery project in Thanh Hoa Province and has participated in several petrol business activities across Vietnam.
