The store, which is located on the ground floor of Saigon Trade Centre in District 1, includes drinks, snacks and bakery.

The store’s operation follows a master franchise agreement between the Dallas, Texas-based retailer and Seven System Vietnam Co. Ltd to develop and operate 7‑Eleven stores in Vietnam.
In mid-2015, its US-based subsidiary 7-Eleven Inc, owned by the Seven & I Holdings Group, signed a licensing agreement with Seven System Vietnam, established by IFB Holdings, which currently runs the Pizza Hut chain and other eateries in Vietnam, to open the first 7-Eleven store in the country.

Seven & I Holdings plans to have 100 7-Eleven stores in Vietnam in the first three years and 1,000 after a decade.
