Right after landslides occurred, tours to Son Tra were suspended for safety reasons. Authorities ordered the clearing of affected roads. The road to the peninsular has been cleared and vehicles can use the routes again but some other local roads have not yet been opened.

Soil and stone have remained on the road to Om Stream.

The clearance is underway on the road to Tien Sa Lighthouse and Son Tra Banyan Tree.

At present, visitors are only allowed to visit some destinations on the peninsula such as Linh Ung Pagoda and Ban Co Peak.
