The Vietnam Study Promotion Fund, Dantri Online Newspaper, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has just announced a campaign to help build 100 houses for low-income people in Quang Binh Province.

The campaign was launched at an online press meeting held on February 5.

Speaking at the meeting, UNDP Vietnam representative, Caitlin Wiesen, stressed the need to support flood victims in the central region. She believed that flood-resilient houses would help reduce damage for local people and so they can more quickly resume their normal lives after natural disasters.
