Quinn Richard Anthony rescued off Quang Ngai
On April 5, Quinn Richard Anthony, 75, sailed the twin-hull sailboat Luzon Island in the Philippines to the southern central province of Khanh Hoa province in Vietnam.
During the journey, the sailboat encountered bad weather, causing the mast to break and the engine to malfunction. The sailboat then lost control.
