The taxis are installed with shields to separate their driver and passengers to help reduce the risks of Covid-19 transmission.

Passengers are asked to strictly follow Covid-19 prevention regulations and encouraged to pay by transfer through VNPAY-QR channel or Mai Linh’s cards.

People can download Mai Linh Taxi app or call the group’s hotline available at 1055 for the service.

The taxis will be distributed in both Hanoi’s inner-city and suburban areas to carry people to hospitals in emergency cases.
