The event is expected to attract over 50 stalls from businesses and pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) brands nationwide.
The event aims to promote the image of Hanoi Pho, recognised as a national intangible cultural heritage, and contribute to the development of Hanoi's culinary culture industry.

The selected businesses and brands are carefully checked for quality and food safety. The festival serves as an occasion to connect and promote local businesses, traditional crafts, and brands to residents as well as both domestic and foreign tourists.
The opening ceremony is slated to take place between 6-7 pm on Friday, April 18, featuring activities and spaces highlighting Pho Festival 2025, Pho’s culture and traditions, Hanoi’s unique culinary experiences, along with discussions and performances.
The Pho culinary experience and exhibition stalls will be arranged into 8 zones: Hanoi Pho, Nam Dinh Pho, Northern Highlands Pho, Three-Region Pho, Pho Heritage Story, Hanoi Lotus Tea, Pho and Fried Dough preparation, and Culinary Experience.
