
The event, the largest of its kind in Vietnam, took place at Van Thanh Tourist Area in Binh Thanh District. It aims to honour the country's rich culinary heritage and promote its cultural and tourism appeal.

This year's Culinary Culture Festival outperformed previous ones with over 600 carefully selected specialities nationwide.

Mai Thi Tit Pi, 30, from Binh Thanh, said that this was her family's first time attending the festival. She noted that the dishes showcased authentic regional flavours and that the prices were reasonable for such a large-scale event.


The festival attracts a large number of visitors, including foreigners.

The water puppet show area was packed with an eager audience on the evening of March 27.

This year's festival offers diverse, engaging activities, including artistic performances, cultural exchanges, folk games, and traditional craft village life reenactments.

The festival vividly showcases the cultural essence of floating markets in the Mekong Delta region.

The Food Festival Saigontourist Group 2025 is open to the public from 3 pm to 10 pm daily until March 30.
