Under the plan approved by Danang authorities, phase two of the An Thuong Tourist Street Project in My An Ward will run until 2027.
The project will include a central square featuring a sports and fitness space with a stage, seating, musical fountain, greenery, exercise equipment, decorative and functional lighting, and upgraded pavements.

The An Thuong 5, 7 and 8 streets will be widened from 3.5 to 5.5 metres, paved with stone, and equipped with lighting, decorative electrical systems and telecommunications infrastructure.
The scheme aims to create more space for cultural activities, entertainment and shopping for tourists throughout the day and night.
The An Thuong Tourist Area was established in 2018. The project's first phase, which included pedestrianised streets, a night market, and links to night-time beach activities at My An Beach, was carried out in 2022. This transformed the area into a vibrant entertainment spot that attracts visitors every evening.
