In the initial phase, Bamboo will handle check-in at counters 45-50, expanding within counters 43-52 based on demand. Passengers arriving at the wrong terminal will be offered free rebooking to the next available flight within the first seven days (August 18-25), provided they arrive at Terminal 3 within 20 minutes after the departure time printed on their ticket.

The announcement came as a surprise, as Vietjet had previously been expected to be the next airline, after Vietnam Airlines, to operate from Terminal 3. For now, Vietjet’s domestic flights remain at Terminal 1 with no announced relocation plan.

A representative of the Terminal 3 project management board told Dantri/Dtinews that all post-inauguration issues, including roof leaks and floor defects, were fixed in July. All check-in counters are now ready for airline operations.
