According to the Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, the company, based in Phu Ninh District, had discharged wastewater and emissions containing pollutants exceeding the permitted levels.
The company has been requested to immediately stop all their illegal discharge activities, and strictly follow legal regulations on environmental protection.
It will have 10 days to pay their fines and 30 days to address environmental pollution caused by its violations.
