These experts will help institutions prepare curriculum, develop faculty, conduct institutional planning, and train on topics critical to the development of a high-tech workforce to advance the two countries' shared interest in Vietnam’s potential as a major player in the semiconductor industry.

Eligible disciplines for this programme will include Engineering Education, Math Education, Physics Education, and Computer Science and Information Technology.

Vietnamese institutions of higher education (colleges, universities, academies), government institutions (ministries or agencies, courts, parliamentary or congressional bodies), and non-governmental organisations and think tanks are encouraged to apply.

Furthermore, the 2024 Fulbright Specialist Programme for STEM will foster innovation and educational collaboration, bridging the gap between Vietnamese and American institutions and offering a platform for mutual growth, prosperity and technological advancement.

The application deadline is set for Friday, March 15, 2024.
