Danang to pilot public bike rental service
The central city of Danang is preparing to launch public bike rental service this month.

According to the local Department of Transport, during the pilot programme that will start from March 29, a total of 600 bicycles will be arranged at 61 stations in the city’s five districts of Hai Chau, Thanh Khe, Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son, and Cam Le.
The one-year pilot programme is aimed to reduce environmental pollution and promote smart sustainable transport.
The service costs VND5,000 for every 30 minutes and VND50,000 per day for each trip lasting a maximum 7.5 hours.
To use the service, bike users must download the TNGO app by Tri Nam Corporation on their mobile phone to unlock the vehicles and can pay via e-wallets including ZaloPay, MoMo, ViettelPay, and VTC Pay.
Tri Nam has been also operating the same public bike service in other cities including HCM City, Vung Tau, Quy Nhon, and Hai Duong.
