Landslide blocks traffic on Ha Tinh road
Prolonged drizzle has caused a severe landslide on a road in the central province of Ha Tinh, blocking traffic.
At around 10 pm on Sunday, around 1,000 cubic metres of soil and rocks fell onto a section of National Highway 8A passing through Huong Son District. This is also the route to Cau Treo International Border Gate.

After the incident, border guards worked with the police and the Vietnam Road Administration to deploy forces to regulate traffic and set up warning signage.
