The project is aimed to expand the road section running from the headquarter of the Tay Ho District People’s Committee to Pham Van Dong Street. The section is the gateway connecting to Noi Bai International Airport.

Once expanded, the road will have a cross-section of up to 40 metres. The project will also incorporate drainage and lighting systems along with greenery.

The project requires the relocation and resettlement of hundreds of households, but as of now, there is no compensation or land clearance plan in place.
