The 17-hectare project in Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, will be completed between 2025 and 2030.
The area has infrastructure and convenient transport connectivity.

The theatre is part of Ha Long City’s master plan until 2040, which the prime minister approved last year.
Quang Ninh currently has no theatre, despite earlier plans to build one in the Hon Gai area.
The province has also called for VND111 trillion (USD4.28 billion) in investment for healthcare, education, culture, industry, services, and real estate projects between 2025 and 2030.
As Quang Ninh’s largest tourist hub, Bai Chay includes high-end hotels and resorts and enjoys connectivity via the Ha Long-Hai Phong Expressway, an international cruise port, and Van Don International Airport.
