Under the theme 'Friendly service quality-customers at the centre', the competition involved operations staff, drivers and bus attendants from seven public bus operators.

Transerco Deputy General Director Nguyen Thuy said finalists would serve as examples of professional and friendly service and represent the Hanoibus brand.

Outstanding staff will be recognised and their practices promoted across the network to help improve service standards and foster courteous behaviour on buses.

Alongside its transition to electric buses, Transerco said it aims to build a more professional, friendly and passenger-focused service.
