The highest price, more than VND 35.3 million per square metre, applies to 140 social housing apartments at the 35 Le Van Chi high-rise complex in Linh Xuan Ward. The project is developed by Phuc Loc Tho Co Ltd.
The lowest price, VND 19.8 million per square metre, is at the 340-unit CC1 Eco Home 1 project in Phu My Ward. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2026.
At the HUD Thu Duc social housing project in Hiep Binh Ward, the provisional price is VND 30.7 million per square metre. The seven-storey project will have 209 apartments and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027.
Another project in Long Truong Ward has been priced at more than VND 20.4 million per square metre. It will provide 558 apartments, including 462 social housing units, with handover scheduled for July 2027.
The Ly Thuong Kiet social housing project in Dien Hong Ward, with 1,254 apartments, has a price of more than VND 23.2 million per square metre.
According to the HCM City Real Estate Association, the project received about 12,000 applications during its registration period from February 1 to March 31.
The HCM City Department of Construction said official prices would be determined, appraised, approved and announced in accordance with social housing regulations at the time of sale.
